Sketchup Zone Assignment Very Slow

When I go to assign zones to a Sketchup model, the plugin works incredibly slowly and will freeze if there are too many faces being assigned at once. I can assign 10-20 faces within a minute or so, but it will completely freeze or take 10 minutes+ when it comes to 100 faces at a time. This has happened in multiple different sketchup models, and my colleague with the same computer specs is able to do the same zone assignments without this issue.

For reference, I am using Sketchup 2017 and WUFI Passive. My computer has 150 GB of available storage, 16 GB graphics card, and 128 GB RAM.

Any ideas why this is happening?
