Hi,
I got a message about parameters that I have defined previously but, the software detects as an error...so my concern is if the results will not be accurate...
in terms of ach, what is the range of ach for a pitched roof with strong, normal and low ventilation?

Re: Message before simulating + diffence in tendency
Hi Alberto,
the warning indicates that heat transfer coefficients have been defined for the pitched roof model, but the corresponding reduction factors have not been specified. These reduction factors can be selected from the "Reduction Factors" drop-down menu.
This warning does not necessarily mean that your simulation results are inaccurate, but you should review and complete these settings to ensure the model is configured as intended.
For more information, please refer to the "Pitched Roof" guideline, which explains the purpose and correct use of the reduction factors in detail.

Hi,
Thanks for you reply. i have followed that guidance.
Could you add a screenshot where to find that ""Reduction Factors" drop-down menu" as I select User-defined?

Hi,
the warning simply indicates that the settings do not follow the recommended configuration described in the guideline. If you have a specific reason for using different reduction factors, the warning can generally be ignored.
The recommended settings for the reduction factors are illustrated in the Pitched Roof guideline on page 19:

The settings for PV-modules would be on page 21:

Re: Message before simulating + diffence in tendency
thanks but the error is showed when I define the reduction factor for the coldest and warmest position of a ventilaed roo so, I add user defined reduction factors
