From the help file I see that when you vent a cavity the ACH specified assumes that the air in the space is vented with exteior air. Is it possible to specify that the air in the cavity is vented with air from the interior (i.e. air leakage). I am currently using WUFI 4.2, is this something that can be specified with a newer version?

Ventilation with interior air in version 5
Yes - in version 5 we added the possibility to choose if the air from the indoor or outdoor climate should be used.
