Is it possible to convert the moisture content from kg/m2 into a percentage on WUFI?

See the Questions & Answers section in WUFI's on-line help for formulas converting the water contents given by WUFI into mass-% or volume-%.

You'll have to start from the moisture density in kg/m3, though, not in kg/m2.
