I need to simulate a case of a common wall between two dwellings (with different climates), with an air layer between the 2 walls, ventilated with exterior air.
When i ask to ventilate this layer, I can chose the right or left climate to ventilate, but I would like to use a third one ...

Roof in the shade all year long
What would be the best way to simulate a roof, considering that it is in the shade all day long, all year long (no absorptivity in the short-wave radiation, cloud rate =1...) ?

I am using WUFI for a project of restoration and I meet exactly the same problem than the one submitted upper (Air layer 30cm). I just don’t know how to consider the phenomenon of convection in such large air layers and how to extrapolate µ and R values.
