WUFI

After installing WUFI 5.2 Light I received the following error:
'Access violation at address 006CA6EB in "WUFI.exe". Read of address 00000008.'
I tried to reinstall a few times with no luck. I checked the WUFI forum at http://www.wufi-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=244
but the explanation is too complex ...

I had an instance when we tried to install the ORNL version and it did not work, it could not find the data library. I thought that this may no longer be supported, so we downloaded the WUFI light 5.2 ...

Does anyone have a list with FAQ and troubleshooting when installing the free WUFI version? Are there any incompatibility issues with different operating systems? Is there a minimum requirement for size/age of the computer?

I can not export simulation results from WUFI Pro 5.2 into Windows 7. The text file exported from WUFI Pro 5.2 can not be converted to excel using Microsoft excel 2010. Can someone HELP!
