Unfortunately, there are no curved surfaces in WUFI Plus. These are divided into flat surfaces. The best thing to do is to divide them manually in sketchup to avoid having too many surfaces/components in WUFI Plus which every one need some computing power

sorry, the geometry import is quite accurate and not handling small, even does not accept very small, almost invisible errors.

Mostly they are because of (1) a polygon crosing another without an intersect line, or (2) polygons end on an plane

The recommended way is to export the user defined data into an xml file and import this xml file it on the other/new pc.

In the top menue:

export database.png

with that select the data to be exported / imported:

which version did you get ?

It's recommend to use the neweset version 3.5.0.1 (Nov 2023). Whit that the database is shipped with the executable installation file.

Otherwhise, using an older version you need the WUFI-DB.exe beside the installation file, which will be executed at the end of the ...
