Hello
I have a little question about how can we calculate vapor permeability/permanence of a material based on water vapor diffusion resistance factor(Miu parameter in WUFI material database) ?
I am trying to calculate vapor pressure distribution in a roofing assembly and I need vapor permanence in ...

Hello
I studied Dr.Kunzel Phd thesis (Simultaneous Heat and Moisture Transport in
Building Components) to get familliar with WUFI fundamentals.
I am going to use some of principle formulas for WUFI in my master thesis but it seems that units of some equations in Dr.Kunzel thesis is not correct.(e.g ...

Steady-state calculation by WUFI
Hello
I am using WUFI-Pro 5.1 in my project to monitor hygrothermal behavior of roofs. I would like to verify WUFI results for a steady state condition for a simple assembly (e.g a layer of mineral wool) with analytically calculated results by hand.
I am wondering if you have done such a thing ...

hi
I ran some simulation by WUFI Pro but i need to plot outdoor climate T and RH,is it possible to export these parameters?I tried it from ASCI-export but they are blocked

indoor T,rh for commercial building
hi
I am trying to simulate a commercial building by WUFI with variable indoor set points for T,RH for daytime and night time.I have indoor T,Rh in excel file and i want to know that i have to use WAC or kli format to create indoor climate?
Thanks

hi
i got WUFI+ last April and worked with it for a 2-3 months but since then i just worked with WUFI ,yesterday i found out that i need WUFI+ as well but it when i tried t open it,i noticed that it doesn't work.
so would you please provide me WUFI+ software?

steel deck
Hi Amandine
thanks for great help but i am trying to simulate a steel deck in the interior side with trapped air between steel deck and upper layer ,basically it is in U shape, you can see it in this link: http://people.senecac.on.ca/steve.rakus ... dimens.htm
Thanks
