I have had the exact same issue with VTT (Fin Mould). After upgrading my computer and restarting WUFI I had to re-download and install the Fin Mould processor and then I also had an alert to re-install Java to run the program.

For information, this is still occurring in WUFI Pro 6.3. I have to re-select the 'AC with humidification' each time I switch between different Cases. It doesn't seem to save the internal climate selection.
