WBC weather data

Is it possible to export .WBC weather data to another format? I would like to be able to make some adjustments in rainfall quantities to reflect detailed conditions on a building with problems.

Dear Peter,

sorry, we don´t have the license for the binary coded climate files to give them to the customer in a ASC code.
