Exporting Data from WUFI 2D for Custom Contour Plots in MATLAB

Hello,

I am using WUFI 2D to simulate a wall–roof assembly and would like to generate custom contour plots (temperature, relative humidity, water content, heat flux, etc.) using MATLAB instead of the WUFI Motion visualization tool.

Is there a way to export the data (e.g., temperature or RH) for all cells at a specific time step in the movie? Alternatively, is there a method to extract such data from the .wfd file so I can create my own plots?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Mir,
you can use WUFI Motion to export single profiles ( try: right click ).
Further wfd is in hdf5 format, so using the right tools, you should be able to import them in Matlab.
