I am having difficulty changing the time and date columns in the Createclimatefile spreadsheet. Is this possible?

Dear Matt,
if you use the WAC Export, the climate file must have hourly values for at least one year start with 1.January 1:00.
So there is no need to change time/date and the exported wac File does anyway not contain information about time/date
