A way to automatically vary a single parameter for multiple simulations

Post by Utente101 » Fri Oct 16, 2020 4:09 am -1100

Hi,

I read few posts about batch files, but I am not sure about the possibility to run multiple simulations, by changing a parameter.

Is there any simple way to run for example 100 simulatons by changing the density of a material in each simulation? or do we suppose to do i manually and then use the comand line to download the data automaticaly?

Best,
Valeria

Dear Valeria,
the variation of parameters in the batch process is not possible, neither changing the project file by external sources.
So you will have to create the cases manually.
You can use batch calculation to calculate them all and do the ascii export.
