Is it still possible to export exterior climatic data with WUFI4 from the ASCII-Export? Why is the exterior climate disabled?

It is desirable to be able to model the interior climate using the exterior climate by methods not in the current version of WUFI.

One method is to get climatic data from other sources, do the calculations, and make a climatic data file. However, it was helpful in previous versions of WUFI to export the climatic data, model the indoor humidity using a custom pre-processor, and then the same custom climatic data files is available for all future simulations for a climate. It saves tons of time when doing sensitivity analysis for the indoor climate if there are standard files that can be easily selected.

I realize that the previous climatic data files can be used in the current version, but it is still desirable to be able to fully utilize any new/revised climatic data in the new version.

Sorry, we don´t have the allowance for an ASC View of the US Climate Data. Therefore they are Binary.

Use the SpreadSheet CreateClimateFile.xls in the Tools Folder. Just insert hourly data for Temp and RH for one year, export a WAC File and use this in WUFI.
