A new question about climate data.

Hello again,

I have another question about the climate data, in the climate data files *.wac.

I guess that the first column is Wind Direction and it is in degre but is it the angle with the north as on a compass ?
Next one is Wind Speed.
What is WV ? Is it a vectorial mean ?
RN seems to be linked to the rain, but how ? What is the unit ?
Next are the pressure and the temperature, and the relative humidity.
The two last columns are ISD and ISDH. I understand that it is linked to the sun but what does this acronym refer to, and what does it represent ?

ILTH	Terr. Counter Horiz.Radiation, long-wave		[W/m²]
ISM	Measured Radiation, short-wave		[W/m²]
ILM	Measured Radiation, long-wave		[W/m²]
CI	Cloud Index		[-] 0..1
WV	Wind Velocity, vect. Average		[m/s]
WS	Wind Speed, skal. Average		[m/s]
WD	WindDirection		[°] Nord=0
RN	Normal Rain		[mm/h], [Ltr/m²h]
RM	Measured Rain		[mm/h], [Ltr/m²h]
TA	Air Temperature		[°C]
HREL	Relative Humidity		[%] 0..1
PSTA	Air Pressure at Station Height		[hPa]
PMSL	Air Pressure at MSL		[hPa]
"Measured" means that no further calculation will be done, therefore

ISM = Short Wave Radiation on the components surface
ILM = Long Wave Radiation on the components surface
RM = Driving Rain
