interface betwwen materials

Post by ines othmen » Wed Nov 26, 2014 3:10 am -1100

Hello,
I would like to know how the interface between materials in cas of a multi layer wall is treated by WUFI? Is the contact perfect? or there is an additional air resistance and how much it is?
Thank you

Dear Ines,
the connection between two materials is assumed to be ideal. If you need something with a resistance, you have to model a material.
If you model a special material for that, please keep in mind that if you have no liquid transport in that material, it will work as a capillary break.
