Interior surface temperatures

Why are the interior surface temperatures much higher than calculated in Therm for example?
Even for a single-brick wall with no insulation at all, with 0°C exterior temperature, in WUFI the interior surface temperature is still something like 16°C.
While in Therm this is below 10°C?

Hi Bahum,

maybe the indoor air temperatures are different? Or maybe the thermal conductivities of the bricks are different? Maybe the thermal surface transfer coefficients at the indoor or outdoor surfaces are different in the two cases?
