WUFI Bio won't open

WUFI Bio won't open

I got a new computer and after re-installing WUFI 5.3 and WUFI Bio, now Bio will not open. It appears to start with the small graphic showing the Authors, but then it disappears and nothing happens after that. Any ideas?

Is the lateest Java installed?

Yes, I do have the latest version of Java.
