May I know if there is any climate data for Singapore and Malaysia?

There are at the moment no climate files for Singapore an Malaysia included.
You have the possibility to use files from third parties, see WUFI Program Help for topic "Sources for Climate Data".

Here is a link for Singapore weather data from NUS: https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/fas/geog/Default.aspx
Look under "Data Archive". It has the basic variables, but it just includes one value for radiation which is likely to be global horizontal irradiance.
