Climate Data Analysis

Post by FBabineau » Wed Nov 11, 2015 5:23 am -1100

I understand that we cannot export the built-in climate data, but is there any way to get to this data for analysis? I am trying to compare WUFI climate data against TMY3 and EnergyPlus to find a "worst case" condition. I cannot use the exterior surface because the temperature is influenced by incident solar radiation and the humidity is influenced by rain. My assembly is a roof.

Thank you

I may have the answer to my own question. I ran my model, turning off solar absorption and rain absorption. With that, the temperature and relative humidity at the exterior surface seems to be reasonable and probably close to the climate air temperature and RH.

I am open to any thoughts of a way to estimate or extract rainfall.
