Metal Stud Wall Assembly

Hi all,

While designing a metal stud wall with cavity insulation in WUFI Passive, do we use the nominal R-value of insulation or R-eff to account for the framing?
It is a 2 x 6 metal stud wall with mineral wool C.I. and R-21 Armor wall on the exterior.
