coefficient of performance @ heat pump

Quick question on COP ratings for heat pumps in WUFI Passive. The COP entered does not vary across the seasons, and the heating demand is not registering (see attached). Is there a way to adjust this or have I missed an input? The heating demands show in final report, however the COP should vary during the harsh winter months. Climate data/information is set as Madison WI.
