Hi,
I will need to do a massive parametric study (materials, climates, constructions...). There are way too many cases to set all of them up manually. I could code something for this purpose, but unfortunately, the WUFI files aren't ascii files.
Is there a way to do this?
Cheers,
Sébastien
Is there a way to do a large scale parametric study with WUFI Pro?

Dear Sebastien,
sorry, there is no possibility at the moment for externaly change the calculation parameters.
We are developing a tool for parametric studies, but that is far from being finished.

Would any of the other versions of WUFI allow for this? Again, I can do some scripting. I don't need a tool to do the parametric analysis for me (actually, I often find those restrictive - they often don't allow for the flexibility that I'd like. And I would also like the flexibility of doing optimization, and picking my own algorithms). I just would like to be able to change the input files.

There are some batch-processing possibilities, you can find them in the WUFI help. But there is no possibility to change the input data by external scripts. This functionallity is not accessable in WUFI.
