Student Version?

Everything concerning the adequate application of WUFI in Ireland & UK depending on local conditions e.g. architecture, building codes, standardization, laws et cetera.

Student Version?

Post by Mottyhan » Tue Jan 10, 2012 9:07 am -1100

Hi,

I am a 4th year student at Waterford Institute of Technology, and apart from WUFI Light, I am wondering is there a possible student version available or something similar (as in same concept as Autodesk produce student editions of their products)? Maybe is it possible to obtain a short term license such as 3 to 6 months? I am looking for a version where it includes more options than the 'Light' version (such as locations, climate files, etc) because I am currently writing my dissertation and this software could really help with my study a great deal.

Look forward to hearing from anyone,
Any help would be great,

Thanks,
Tom.

Hi Tom,
we offer time limited full functional versions for the purpose of PhD thesis...
Please write to order(at)wufi.de, you will get a user agreement to fill out... and then a temporary key for your work.
Best regards,
Christian

Thanks a lot Christian,

Thats a massive help!

I am presuming you have to pay for this version? I am just wondering do you know how much (estimate) this might be? I am just wondering will it be too expensive before I write to order@wufi.de?

Thanks again,
Tom

Hi Tom,
the time limited versions for students are free. You only need a paper from your advisor/university.
