Can't get Database to install

Can't get Database to install

I recently tried installing WUFI ORNL 5.3 on my computer with Windows 7 Professional Operating System. I made sure to extract the zip file to another folder then run the Install_WUFI5.exe file. At the end of the installation process, I get a message

"C:\Users\behrmaMC\AppData\Local\Temp\is-9NGVG.tmp\WUFI-DB.exe Create Process failed; code 5. Access is denied. "

Then when I open the program, it says database not found. From what I've read in the forum, there have been issues getting the database to download correctly. I've tried uninstalling and running as Administrator also, and that did not work. Any other ideas?

Please make sure to have administrative privileges and try again!
Try to disable UAC.
Temporary disable your virusscan.
Create a new account having administrative privileges.
Take ownership of drive c.

Search the Internet for this error - there are plenty of possible solutions!
Its not a problem with WUFI. Somehow your OS is confused about something.
