Low floor simulation

Post by PierreC » Fri Jan 18, 2019 3:44 am -1100

Hi, I would like to study the moisture behavior in a low floor above a crawl space. The low floor is a wooden floor with a glass insulation layer below. I have the boundary conditions for the crawl space and the interior conditions
above the structure (I use the EN 15026). The problem is that the result is completely false, the simulation isn't
running correctly : I want to know the Temperature and the RH on the lower layer of the glass insulation but
the results are static in time, there is no moisture behavior realistic in my simulation. I am certainly doing something
wrong.

Would you have some idea of what is false in my attempt ? Thank you very much for your help.

Here I show you my structure (screen on Wufi).

Dear Pierre,

did you set a heat transfer coefficient for the boundaries?
Is the calculation showing you values for the residues during the calculation or are they zero for theta and phi for the time steps.
Does your results look like here:
