How to add sources and can't output view report

Use the WUFI 2D - project-sources, but it doesn't work, whatever how I operate. Do you have same example about the adding sources?
The button "View Report" doesn't work to, when I click, it shown "This document does not associated with the program to perform the operation".

to add a source do a right click in the area below the grid window.

To view the report, the xml-files has to be associated with IE vor example. You also can go to your project folder and open the file wufi2d.xml in Internet Explorer or another program which is able to show xml files with corresponding style sheets.
