3D Objects

Post by maren@rodell.design » Fri Jan 10, 2020 10:54 am -1100

I'm trying to model a thermal bridge in WUFI Plus as a 3D Object. The simulation is not running because any material I select, whether from the provided databases or my own catalog, gives me an error message "Not valid: material type." Has anyone else had this problem and found a way around it?

Hi Maren,

I am also having this ussue, though I am sorry to say that I haven't yet found a way around it

Have you had any luck with resolving your issue? If so, would you mind letting me know how you resolved it?

Hi Maren, I had it as well.

You have to define the "Type of material" for the selected materials.
Double click on the material to select Solid or Air.
