Water content in air layer jumps in a single iteration

Post by janeksjr » Tue Apr 10, 2018 8:27 pm -1100

Hello!

I have a construction that I'm researching that has a ventilated facade (using wufi pro 5.3). When the calculation is run, at some point there's a convergence issue after which the water content of air layer (50 mm without additional moisture capacity) jumps to a few hundred kg/m^3. It seems that the condensation could take place at that point. I have tried numerous options regarding adapted convergence, adaptive time step control, changing to air layer with additional moisture content, changing porosity of air, rain load etc., but nothing helps. Can someone help me to eliminate the unphysical jumps?

Regards

Jānis
