Question about radiative heat transfer coefficient

Hello:

I have a question about radiative heat transfer coefficient.
The photo as follow is a screen shoot in Help, I cannot understand what's the meaning of "the fourth of power".
Could you please explain this principle.

It is the number 4 in the exponent. Just research Stefan-Boltzmann-Law
