hygrothermal results of 3d objects. is this possible?

Post by BET » Wed Feb 03, 2016 7:27 am -1100

One piece of information i could not find in the literature is if WUFI+ is a three dimensional building enclosure with a 1D hygrothermal simulation in each building assembly. I was wondering if the 3D object inserted in this program could be hygrothermally simulated or if WUFI 2D would be the better option.

thanks.

Of cause, it is a three dimensional building enclosure with a 1D hygrothermal simulation in each building assembly.

The 3D or 2D object simulation in WUFI Plus is a dynamic thermal coupled simulation, not hygrothermal. more information about this you can find here: https://wufi.de/literatur/Antretter,%20 ... bridge.pdf
