too many simulated zones

normally, wufi-plus can define the simulated zones and components easily using wufi-plus plugins in sketchup.however,when encountering a real,complicated building which have over 20 thermal zones, the defining step in sketchup can be very time and energy consuming.

i have used energyplus plugin in sketchup. its way to define zones can be quicker.
so i would like to know how you guys solving this problem.
