Air exchange in cavity

Post by hmsalonv » Fri Feb 23, 2007 7:17 am -1100

I have a weird problem. I had the trial version of WUFI 4.1 Pro on another computer and the air exchange in the air cavity worked fine on that. However, now in my office computer, the air cavity ventilation does not work and it can not read the exact same source file. Are there any known installation issues that could cause a different behavior?

Hi Mika,

nice to hear from you.
There is no different behaviour I know about. What exactly happens if you try to use that file?

Air exchange in cavity

When I try to load the source file (which works on my other computer), I don’t see the ACH values in the chart of the window where the file is selected. When I then cancel the selection, I get this:

"Access violation at address 00401DA2 in module 'WUFI.exe'. Write of address 742E3033.[/img]

If you have windows vista, please see the following

"Access violations" comes most of the time from the Windows system.
Please see whether you have the right access permissions to this file.

I have administrative rights, and the files have no special restrictions. I have Windows XP.

WUFI can not handle file path specifications which contains a "." (dot)
