Install Problems

Installing this for my user on a Windows 7 32 bit laptop.

During install of WUFI 5.1 it never asks for the user name, organization, serial number.
So after installation it does not run (install goes fine otherwise) because it has the trial serial numbers -- which for the life of me I cannot trace down.
Since the program does not start we cannot enter the serial numbers.

I've uninstalled.
Reinstalled.
Cleaned the registry.
Removed the folders from the C: drive.
Used a 'deep scan' uninstaller.
I've tried as local admin, me as an admin.

I've run out of options. We cannot get the program to run.

Please give me a method of installation that will ASK for a serial number. Or tell me where the trial serial number is stored so I can delete it.

Right now it DOES NOT WORK. Please help us out.

We finally fixed it.

The users downloaded a 'fresh' copy of the software from the website (we were installing from a factory CD) and it prompted him for a serial number and info. It installed, it's licensed and it's working.

There was a serial.ini in the install folder BTW.
