No translation available

I've unistalled and reinstalled in an attempt to make sure I have the right version but now, when I open the program, I am getting a "No Translation Available" pop up which shuts down the program. Do you know what's going on?

Jeff, did you install in English or another Language?
Which Windows System did you use?
