The registration form for this forum contains three items:
WUFI user name
WUFI company name
WUFI serial number.
New users would be greatly helped if there was information on the registration page indication where to find this info. It is not contained in the Help:About banner as it would be in most programs.
Finding a serial.ini file with this information:

I copied and pasted that info into the appropriate fields. Repeatedly the login page claimed that I had put in an incorrect serial number. I cut and pasted the number several times. I tried it with and without quotes, with and without dashes, pasting it in, typing it in, pasting in the entire line, all caps, etc etc. no luck. Finally I pasted it in again and it worked, after pasting didn't work numerous times. There is a serious problem with this registration page, it works randomly and rejects valid inputs.
