Installation WUFI Pro

I try to install WUFI Pro. After adding the user information (I have copied and paste directly from the email I got), it is still not possible to click "next". I have tried to delete and re-install as well write it in by hand (in addition to copy-paste). What can be the reason for this? I have to student version

double check that there are no spaces when copy-pasting. This should fix your installations issue.
