Dear Diego,
WUFI can not account for a non-linear relationship of the R-value.
In the as calculation that is not needed, as the thickness can not be change during the calculation itself.
Only way at the moment is to insert such materials as separate materials depending on the thickness.

Re: WufiGraph lose link with wufi results
Hi Thomas,
if the file is not found, it should be colored in red in the result file window. If you click on it a window opens, which allows to set a new path for the result fie.

Hi Imogen,
the way is the following:
1) Outputs -> ASCII-Export -> Profiles
Export the profiles for temperature and water content of the end profile as two separate files.
2) In the Initial Conditions for temperature and moisture go to +Manual settings -> Read from file and select the exported ...

Hi Rachel,
that might be related to the boundary conditions. What climates did you use outside and inside?
The Thermal Transmission Tool is in some way a transient calculation with the steady state formulas for the U-Value. The work with a temperature gradient from the inside to the outside. So if ...

Hi,
did you also adapt the coefficients for redistribution? Because suction is only used in the calculation while its raining.
Did you also adapt the moisture storage function and porosity? That should be consistent to your Wcap.

Dear Willem,
the infiltration model is a simplified model which does not calculate the airflow or energy exchanges of the air with the construction. Thus if the dewpoint temperature is undercut by the room air conditions, condensation occurs, otherwise not.

Hi David,
this guide is more a listing of methods.
I would evaluate the risk of damage, which is more important in your construction situation.
Please keep in mind, that even if mould growth is predicted in the construction, their might be no mould due to biocides, fire retardants etc.
But nobody ...

Hi eskia,
yes, zoom with Shift + left mouse button.
Zoom in drawing a box from upper left to lower right; zoom out vice versa.
Maybe also have a look into the manual usually here:.

Hi Imogen,
there are only a few stations which provide hourly values and as far as I can see they do not include short wave radiation nor atmospheric counter radiation.
